Place: Thuy An Commune, Thai Thuy District, Thai Binh Province. 
Objects of worship: Village's tutelary god - Nam Hai Dai Vuong - Pham Hai who had merit of encouraging people produce, protecting crops, excluding natural calamity, epidemic diseases. 
Characteristics: Procession of tutelary god, sacrifices-offering ceremony (24 worshipping people wear felt hats, mandarin's boots, armour with specific ceremonies), chess playing, wrestling and cheo singing in the yard of communal house.

Place: Hong Thai Commune, Kien Xuong District, Thai Binh Province. 
Objects of worship: Mr. Nguyen Kim Lau - the founder of silver carving in the 15th century.
Characteristics: Procession of the founder, boat racing, ca tru, cheo singing.

Time: 10th to the 12th day of the first lunar month.
Place: Vu Thu District, Thai Binh Province.
Characteristics: Spring market for selling goods and entertainment. This is the land of popular opera. Many good, nice artists sing popular opera on days of the 11th and the 12th day of the first lunar month.

Objects of worship: Princess Quy Minh (daughter of King Tran Due Tong).
Characteristics: Flag and fan dance (that is taught by Princess Quy Minh).

Time: From the 9th to the 15th day of the ninth lunar month. 
Place: Thuy Son Commune, Thai Thuy District, Thai Binh Province. 
Objects of worship: Nguyen Uy and his mother, King An Duong Vuong, Mai Cong Phuc.
Characteristics: Procession from Mau Temple to communal house (dancing and beating ngu lien drum). The rite of procession is held in daylight; incense and flower offering is held at night. Traditional folk games: Chinese chess, wrestling, cock fighting, duck catching, trai racing.

Time: 9th day of the third lunar month.
Place: Xuan Hoa Commune, Vu Thu District, Thai Binh Province.
Objects of worship: Madam Do Thi Khuong (wife of King Ly Bi), who taught people transplant rice seedlings. 
Characteristics: Procession, worshipping, incense offering, giao duyen singing.

Objects of worship: Ly Bi and his Queen.

Time: 6th day of the first lunar month.
Place: Hai Trieu Village (the official name is Hoi Village), Tan Le Commune, Hung Ha District, Thai Binh Province.
Objects of worship: First doctoral candidate of Pham Don Le, the founder of mat weaving.
Characteristics: Have a procession of palanquin "Trang chieu" (expert of sedge mat), competition of weaving mats nice and fast.

Time: 13th to the 15th day of the ninth lunar month.
Place: Duy Nhat Commune, Vu Thu District, Thai Binh Province. 
Objects of worship: Buddha, Buddhist monk Khong Lo. 
Characteristics: Two big festivals in a year (Spring festival and Autumn festival). Big procession describing the legendary story of Monk Khong Lo; trai rowing races, rowing - on - land dance.

La Van Festival
Time: 20th day of the third lunar month. 
Place: Quynh Hong Commune, Quynh Phu District, Thai Binh Province.
Objects of worship: The Queen of azolla, National Master Nguyen Minh Khong and the village's tutelary god.
Characteristics: Water procession, tutelary god procession, saint procession, performing the traditional work of growing azolla, wrestling, unicorn dancing, Chinese chess.

Lang Festival

Time: 6th to the 11th day of the first lunar month. 
Place: Song Lang Commune, Vu Thu District, Thai Binh Province.
Objects of worship: Do Do, a famous cultural man under Ly Dynasty.
Characteristics: The festival is hold every 2 year. Have a procession of palanquin from temple to communal house, sprinkle flowers on road to sweep ghosts away from the village. Wrestling contest, vegetarian meal, meat meal.

Lo Festival
Time: 3rd day of the first lunar month. 
Place: Coi Village (Coi Khe, Hoi Khe), Vu Hoi Commune, Vu Thu District, Thai Binh Province.
Objects of worship: King An Duong Vuong.
Characteristics: Throwing and snatching at silkworm cocoons; Folk games: giap sat, khuyen tro, chuc Thanh.

Long Khe Village Festival
Time: 21th day of the third lunar month.
Place: An Khe Commune, Quynh Phu District, Thai Binh Province.
Objects of worship: Quoc su (national master) Duong Khong Lo, Thai Uy (high-ranking mandarin) Ly Thuong Kiet.
Characteristics: Water procession, statue procession, bat dat dance performed by the team of 32 young girls, tu linh dance, Chinese character forming, Chinese chess, kite flying, duck catching, trong quan singing on the lake.

Mien Village Festival
Time: 4th day of the first lunar month.
Place: Quynh Hong Commune, Quynh Phu District, Thai Binh Province.
Objects of worship: The tutelary god of the region - Lord of Beo Dau (azolla).
Characteristics: Perform 4 professions with 4 humorous games: Sy (scholar), Nong (agriculture), Cong (handicraft), Thuong (trade), praying the prosperous for the agricultural work. The most joyful game is ploughing, transplanting rice seedlings.

Phu Hieu Festival
Time: The 14th day of the sixth lunar month. 
Place: Doc Lap Commune, Hung Ha District, Thai Binh Province. 
Objects of worship: The village's tutelary god. 
Characteristics: Water procession, sacrifice to the god, dragon dance, cheo singing.

Phung Cong Village Festival
Time: The 15th day of the third lunar month. 
Place: Quynh Hoi Commune, Quynh Phu District, Thai Binh Province. 
Objects of worship: Bui Da and Hoang Soi - two leaders of peasant insurgent troop in the 18th century. 
Characteristics: Making sacrifices to the tutelary god, game of Chinese character forming in re - performs the drill of insurgent troop. It involves the game of wrestling, martial art, lion dance.

Quang Lang Festival
Time: The 14th day of the fourth lunar month and the 14th day of the sixth lunar month. The main festival day is on the 14th day of the fourth lunar month. 
Place: Quang Lang Village, Thuy Hai Commune, Thai Thuy District, Thai Binh Province. 
Objects of worship: Ong Dung, Ba Da, Ba Chua Muoi (Queen of Salt or Nguyet Anh) - the third imperial concubine of King Tran Anh Tong. 
Characteristics: Ba Chua Muoi's death anniversary on the 14th day of the sixth lunar month includes incense offering ceremony, Ong Dung, Ba Da's effigies dancing, water puppetry, singing, vieing for effigies then put in salt field and fish boat. The procession of Ong Dung, Ba Da on the 14th day of the fourth lunar month.

Time: 24th day of the third lunar month.
Place: An Lao Village, Song An Commune, Vu Thu District, Thai Binh Province.
Objects of worship: Du vuong Ngo Tu and Lady Dinh thi Ngoc Ke, Lady Ngo Thi Ngoc Dao (mother of King Le Thanh Tong). 
Characteristics: Contests of duck catching, chach (eels) catching, rice cooking, wrestling, flute-kite flying in many sizes, cheo performance, and lanterns procession.

Place: Dong Tan Commune, Dong Hung District, Thai Binh Province.

Characteristics: Saint procession, procession and worshipping (female), battle performance, skiff rowing race, sticks fighting, chess playing.

Objects of worship: Hung Nghia marquis (prince consort of Tran Dynasty).
Characteristics: Spring festival, sell truncated-sun and moon-shaped cakes; play games: catching snakes, fighting tiger.

Time: The 10th day of the ninth lunar month. 
Place: Thai Hoa Commune, Thai Thuy District, Thai Binh Province. 
Objects of honour: Ly Nam De - King of Van Xuan (in the Early Ly Dynasty).
Characteristics: Celebrating the victory day of defeating Luong troop, establishing Van Xuan country. The festival involves a procession and pig offering, swinging, wrestling.

Vu Lang Festival
Time: The 10th day of the eighth lunar month. 
Place: Vu Lang Commune, Tien Hai District, Thai Binh Province. 
Objects of worship: Four tutelary gods. 
Characteristics: Four tutelary gods procession, buffalo fighting: buffaloes drink wine, covered the eyes then taken to fighting arena (fighting arena is a pond of communal house which is dried up), dance of starting battle, human chess playing.
